WHEN YOUR HAPPINESS MAKES OTHERS UNHAPPY

I don't know if life is fair but lately everything seem to be falling into place and the one outstanding thing that I have noticed is that my happiness makes others mean. Today I feel like crying and as I write tears fill my eyes. I have been nice to too many people I guess because many of my so called friends have showed that they don't care for me the way I did for them. How sad to know that they can hurt me and I have done nothing but been kind to them.

God, today I ask you to give me strength to continue my life the way I was brought up. Help me to continue to see the good in others and help me to forget, if I cannot right now forgive, those who hurt me, AMEN.
